What the beta collects
Google sign-in provides your email address and basic account identity. A submission includes the audio file, original filename, detected format, file size, duration, source type, requested MIDI target, landing page, submission page, and creation time.
Why the data is used
Audio is used to process the beta request and understand which Audio-to-MIDI problems people bring to the product. Audio is not used for model training and is not made public without separate, affirmative permission.
Retention and deletion
Original audio is retained for no longer than seven days and may be deleted earlier after processing. Non-audio submission metadata and privacy-safe product events may be retained for product research. Request access or deletion by emailing hello@audio2midi.app.
Service providers
The beta uses Google and Better Auth for identity, Vercel and private Vercel Blob for hosting and audio storage, Neon for submission data, Resend for transactional notifications, Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic, and Microsoft Clarity for interaction diagnostics. Email, filenames, audio URLs, and submission identifiers are not sent to Cloudflare Web Analytics or Clarity.
